In general children have a natural flair for
singing and especially in our country the classical form which is
very vocal centric is the most enchanting and touches all of us in
different ways.
Now that there are a sizeable number of children in the Age 5+ years
we are earnestly looking forward to providing a meaningful
opportunity for the children and adults who are keen to be
introduced to classical and light music. This can be a forum for the
children to learn a new talent.
Whatever the children learn, it should evolve and be continuous to
make the most out of their potential. They should also be exposed to
the best – be it education or people or art or sculpture or a
garden.
Keeping this in mind we would like to introduce Ms. Reeta Uthiah who
earned her Degree in Carnatic Music awarded by Karnataka
Higher
Education and Secondary Examination Board. She also learnt Light
Music from Sugama Sangeetha Academy called Hombale
Prathiba Ranga.
Although she has a very varied educational and work background, her
heart and talents stood out in Singing with over 20+ years of
experience in the field. Reeta has received several State
and
National Awards, from distinguished institutions.
